The website Whedd.com (together, the “Site”) is owned and operated by Whedd Co. The Site allows (a) a Customer (defined below) to request proposals from Vendors (defined below) that match the Customer’s criteria, (b) a Vendor to provide information and pricing to Customers for Vendor’s wedding-related goods and services, and (c) Customers and Vendors to communicate regarding the provision of wedding-related goods and services (collectively, the “Services”). “Customer” as used herein shall mean an individual or couple seeking to use the Site to identify third-party Vendors capable of providing desired wedding-related goods or services. “Vendor” as used herein shall mean a third-party provider of wedding-related goods or services seeking to use the Site for exposure to Customers interested in the provider’s goods or services.

The Website Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy constitute a binding agreement between you and Whedd Co., (the “Owner,” “we,” or “us”). Please read carefully through all sections of this Privacy Policy. Your access to and use of the Site is subject to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and all applicable laws. By registering with, accessing and using the Site or submitting your contact information to receive more information from us, you agree to be bound by the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. We may use Your Personally Identifiable Information for only the following purposes: (1) to send you additional information about our Services, (2) to contact you directly, (3) to provide information to respective Customers or Vendors, our service providers, business partners, or for billing or payment processing as necessary to provide you the Services, and (4) when required by law or in response to a request from a law enforcement agency or authority. We may purge your personal information and data stored on our servers after a significant period of non-use or upon termination of your account.

DISCLOSURE TO OTHER USERS:
You acknowledge that the purpose of the Site is to connect Customers with Vendors for wedding-related goods and services. Thus, you may voluntarily disclose your personal identifiable information to another user of the Site (Customer or Vendor) in furtherance of a commercial transaction of goods and services between you and a respective Customer or Vendor. Any such disclosure of your personal information by you directly to a respective Customer or Vendor is outside of the scope of this Privacy Policy. Owner disclaims any and all liability for any uses of your personal information that you provide directly to a Customer or Vendor by that Customer or Vendor.

PROTECTION OF CHILDREN’S PRIVACY:
In compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, 15 U.S.C., §§ 6501-06 and 16 C.F.R., §§ 312.1-312.12, our Site does not permit children under 18 years of age to become users, and we do not collect information from children. By using our Site, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older.

SECURITY:
The Site includes security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control; however, user acknowledges that no security measures are always effective and Owner does not guarantee the performance or adequacy of such security measures.
